Wholesale Administrator

Department: Wholesale

Location: MFEZ

Reports To: Wholesale Sales Manager

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the Wholesale Department by assisting with order processing, data entry, customer documentation, reporting, and other daily administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in the department’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in capturing customer orders accurately and on time.

·        Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into company ERP systems.

·        Support the team with invoice, delivery, and order documentation.

·        Maintain and update sales records and customer information.

·        Assist in preparing sales reports.

·        Communicate with internal departments to follow up on customer orders.

·        Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Wholesale Sales Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Grade 12 Certificate.

·        Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

·        Basic computer literacy.

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

·        Good written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Good organizational and time management skills.
